VAR ramsac has become the latest to achieve Certified Partner status in Dell’s PartnerDirect channel programme.

Specialising in SMEs, ramsac will be granted access to all the technology, training and best practices of Dell’s SME areas, including products and services.

Robert May, managing director of ramsac, said: “We have worked with Dell for a long time. When it came to the channel and said we are going to do this properly it was great news for us.

“At the moment there are very few Certified Partners in the UK and we are very pleased to have made that standard. It says a lot about our commitment to Dell and makes working with Dell a lot easier in terms of resource and training.

“As Dell builds everything to order, we can always provide our clients with the right product specification for their needs, rather than having to take whatever happens to be in the distribution channel on the day we place an order, " he added.
