Vendor relanches its revamped Jetset Lifestyle channel incentive programme to spur on sales of its printer products

Samsung’s print division has relaunched its points-based incentive management system to the channel as it looks to ramp up sales.

The JetSet Lifestyle Reloaded scheme, in conjunction with event management company Pickled Egg, has undergone a complete web site refurb and features a new prize portfolio including European boutique hotel weekends, electronic products, music, films and computer games.

John Gowland, product marketing manager at Samsung’s print division, said: “How we educate, motivate and communicate with the channel is a critical part of our business development programme. JetSet Lifestyle is vital in how we engage with this sector. It is important to keep this relationship fresh and this is why Samsung has relaunched the site.”

Gowland added: “JetSet Lifestyle has been superbly received and Pickled Egg has been a tremendous partner. For the first time we have been able to comprehensively access key back-end, real-time data in terms of who’s learning about our products and who’s not, who’s earning points and what they are spending the points on.

“This information is vitally important to our relationship with the channel and to achieving our strategic print division goals. The relaunch will ensure JetSet Lifestyle continues to excel for Samsung printers.”
