AMD chips in cheaper

Computer retailers will be selling P75- and P90-equivalent multimedia PCs for u700-u800 by the autumn if chip company AMD has its way.

The firm has just released its 5K86 processors and has signed up a number of PC manufacturers who will produce cheaper multimedia PCs from this summer onwards.
