Marketing vendor Sign-Up.to is looking to recruit 100 UK resellers by the end of the year

Email and Short Message Service (SMS) marketing vendor Sign-Up.to is looking to recruit 100 UK resellers by the end of the year.

The firm, which is also hoping to boost its worldwide market share, claimed its flagship product, the Pro Marketing Suite, is fully scalable from SME up to enterprise level.

Matt McNeill, chief executive of Sign-Up.to, said: “Our core aim is application service provision in the form of email and mobile marketing, and giving VARs the tools to make the most out of that. We have been running a pilot scheme with some VARs in the UK, but are keen to move on to the next stage of our channel expansion.”

McNeill said that all resellers will initially be recruited on only one level, but added that the firm will be looking into creating different tiers in the future.

Partners will be provided with in-depth technical and sales training, and continued support, he said.

Robert Wedlake, operations co-ordinator at partner Spear Business Group, said his company has been working with Sign-Up.to for the past eight months.

“We use the products both internally for our newsletters and for our franchisee network to use, and we also resell the product to SMEs that are looking to undertake email or SMS marketing campaigns,” he said.

Wedlake added that his firm has seen a “large amount of interest” from the hospitality sector. “However, the tool can be used for all industry types that are looking to actively market themselves,” he said.
