Danwood bolsters Scottish team

Danwood Scotland recently announced two new appointments and plans to make more

Consultancy Danwood Scotland is bucking the economic downturn by expanding its North East team with two new appointments and more in the pipeline.

Sean Hills joins Danwood Scotland as its new regional sales manager for Aberdeen and the North East. Previously commercial sales manager at Konica Minolta Business Solutions UK, Hills is on the scout for more team members.

Hills said: “We are looking to expand in the North East and with that in mind we are looking to recruit additional high-calibre professional sales people. Anyone who believes they have these attributes should contact us.”

Based in Danwood’s Fountainhall Road offices, Hills has taken over the day-to-day running of commercial operations in Aberdeen.

Danwood Scotland has also appointed Ian McIntosh as regional service manager for Grampian and Highlands and Islands.

Based at the Danwood Service Centre in Aberdeen, McIntosh will be supported by the field service manager for Grampian, Warren Chapman, and a team of seven service technicians.

Danny Cameron, managing director of Danwood Scotland, said: “The Aberdeen market appears to be more resilient to the economic downturn than elsewhere in the UK and with Sean and Ian in place, bringing a customer-focused approach to meet the modern market demands of this area, I am confident we will deliver a winning solution to our customers.”
