Winchester documents bureau looks to expand services offering

Avanquest ProcessFlows software is aimed at helping organisations better manage their files

Winchester scanning and archiving provider Castle Document Management has become a ProcessFlows partner.

Greg Bone, managing director at Castle, said it had been using ProcessFlowstechnology – previously branded as Avanquest – for 15 years to manage customer documents.

“Partnering with ProcessFlows is helping us widen the range of services we can offer, including hosted solutions and workflow,” said Bone.

Franca Cognata, channel partner manager at ProcessFlows, said its partner programme aims to support new partners through the sales process and offers full technical services if required so they can focus on generating new business rather than training staff in new products.
