Isilon partners given support and services chance
Scale-out storage player unveils training for front-line support and configuration services
Search and deploy: Isilon VARs can now provide end users with configuration and deployment services
Scale-out storage specialist Isilon has launched a brace of partner enablement programmes to help VARs get involved in support provision and configuration services.
As part of its Preferred partner programme, the Seattle-based vendor has launched the partner-enabled support programme. The scheme aims to give partners the requisite tools and training to provide first- and second-line support.
The partner-enabled implementation programme will provide the opportunity for VARs to offer configuration and deployment services.
Isilon claims the two schemes will give resellers the opportunity to cultivate new revenue streams and deepen relationships with existing customers.
Leonard Iventosch, Isilon's vice president of global channels and OEM, said: "Ensuring our partners can maximise the revenue opportunity associated with our scale-out storage solutions has always been core to our channel mission.
"With our new programmes, we are continuing to expand that opportunity by helping our partners to take a more active role in both implementing and servicing our solutions for their customers.”
