Atherton: EntaTech is expanding into media

Distributor EntaTech has signed up AC Ryan for its series of consumer-focused media streamers, players and digital video recorders, dubbed Playon!

Jon Atherton, commercial group vice president at EntaTech, said the partnership with AC Ryan added a new category to its product portfolio.

“We are responding to the way technology is used in the home and the need for products which support a digital lifestyle,” Atherton said. “AC Ryan has an energetic way of doing business and was great to deal with in the negotiations. The products are fresh and easy to use too.”

Tobias Brinkmann, commercial director at AC Ryan, said that EntaTech stood out in the UK market for its distribution of leading brands.
