Vendor targets gaming market with security offering

BullGuard has unveiled the first dedicated security product for the gaming market.

Steel Security is aimed at the online gaming market and supports more than 80 different titles.

Paul Leaman, sales director at BullGuard, said: “The product automatically flips into gaming mode when an online game is in use. It works behind the scenes to secure the PC and uses minimum system resources.”

The vendor also signed a distribution deal with Koch Media and is speaking to potential UK partners.
