Micro Focus goes Italian

Micro Focus Group has spent $4.3 million on buying its privately-owned Italian distributor. The vendor bought Micro Focus Italia, with sales of about $4.4 million and an operating profit of $460,000, in the first nine months of its financial year. Micro Focus recently reported turnover up to 125 per cent to $5.3 million in the first quarter.
