Cassano sentenced

Robert Cassano was sentenced to two years' probation and 100 hours' community service after being found guilty of insider trading during IBM's $3.5 billion takeover of Lotus in 1995. Cassano earned $4,000 commission from information obtained via a relative working for IBM.
