Terry Betts: All product areas have done well and have grown

CCS Media is celebrating its best ever month in its 27-year history.

The Derbyshire-based re­seller smashed through the £6m sales mark in March, hitting a high of £6.3m, which equates to a year-on-year increase of 30 per cent.

Terry Betts, managing director of CCS, said: “All product areas have done very well and have grown. All of our employees have done a great job and have performed well. We are, however, expecting April to be a little tougher.”

Betts said the reseller is continuing to recruit after increasing its headcount by 20 per cent in the past year, and is particularly looking to take on more trainees in the coming months.

“We have three offices across the UK and are looking for three to four trainees for each one,” he said.

Betts added that there is demand in the market from customers again, with many of them either emptying budgets or finally signing off deals that they have been sitting on for some time.
