Lisa Hammond: We need partners that can put a solution together
Application delivery vendor Centrix Software has enlisted two virtualisation heavyweights to recruit VARs around its flagship software product, WorkSpace.
Lewis Gee, former vice president EMEA of VMware, is now Centrix’s vice president of worldwide sales and former PlateSpin director, Jason Jackson, is channel director.
Gee will head up Centrix’s global sales operation, bringing 21 years’ experience to the role.
Jackson has more than 15 years’ channel experience and will be responsible for developing the vendor’s partner network.
Gee said: “By the end of the year we would like at least one distributor on board for the UK and to have recruited about 20 partners over the next 12 months.”
Lisa Hammond, founder and chief executive of Centrix Software, said: “We need partners that can put a solution together. WorkSpace complements Citrix and VMware products.”
