Digital media manufacturer ATMT is on the hunt for more UK distributors following a partnership with Korean manufacturer Iriver.
ATMT has signed an exclusive agreement to supply the vendor’s range of MP3 and MP4 players through its UK distribution channel. This includes the forthcoming Spinn and Clix range, which ATMT has claimed will give rivals Sony, Creative and Apple real competition.
The firm said the Iriver range complements its own portfolio of MP3 players, digital photo frames and external storage devices.
Amanda Roberts, key accounts manager at ATMT, said: “We work with Westcoast, Micro-Peripherals, TNS Distribution and Northamber in the UK already. But we are keen to expand our distribution partners even further and are in advanced talks with a broadliner and a specialist distributor.
“There are good margins to be made on these products and they offer a real alternative to the other brands on the market,” she added.
