Intrinsic eyes 20 per cent staff increase
Merseyside VAR looks to increase headcount at client services centre
Just the job: Intrinsic wants to add 20 staff to its client services centre
VAR Intrinsic Technology is to more than double the size of its client services centre (CSC) team as part of its plans to increase overall headcount by 20 per cent.
The CSC was opened with 15 staff two years ago. Over the next 18 months, Intrinsic plans to add 20 employees, including the expansion of its 24-hour service desk. Intrinsic claims this is in response to increased demand for its Fusion managed services portfolio, which was launched in February.
The CSC is also to become a management hub for all of the VAR's field engineering operations.
The centre is located with the firm's head office in Haydock, Merseyside. Intrinsic also operates satellite offices in Loudwater, Buckinghamshire, Belshill near Glasgow, and the City of London.
Intrinsic managing director Mike Mason said: “We are delighted to make this further investment, which will not only increase headcount and productivity, but will also benefit the local economy through job creation. The expansion of our CSC outlines our intention to remain ahead of the competition through innovation, and by surpassing customer expectation in terms of our solutions, their deployment, and ongoing support and development.
“We remain committed to our bullish growth strategy and the extension of the CSC so soon after our initial investment lays testament to that.”
