ACS grabs Staffplan
Healthcare services player snaps up homecare software specialst Staffplan
Advanced Computer Software (ACS) has made a second acquisition in three months, this time snapping up ISV StaffPlan for an undisclosed amount.
StaffPlan’s software is designed especially for community care providers, delivered as a software-as-a-service model. Its customers include Blackpool Council, Derbyshire County Council and Primary Care Trusts such as Camden and Peterborough.
Earlier this month the healthcare IT services firm bought HP, Sun and IBM VAR Business Systems Group for £15.5m (Channelweb 8 May).
