Amelio payment

Apple has paid $9.2 million in severance, salary and other payments to former chairman and CEO Gilbert Amelio, prior to his dismissal in the summer. In a separate filing at the Securities & Exchange Commission, Apple revealed its slide in year-to-year quarterly figures would last until March and that it needs $130 million to restructure, not the previously stated $100 million.
