Distributor launches phone line offering IT support for customers' datacentre problems

Distributor Arrow ECS has expanded the coverage of its customer support line to the UK.

The One Call Support programme provides resellers and their customers with access to over-the-phone technical support from engineers trained in tackling problems across the datacentre.

The programme was initially launched by Arrow ECS in North America 12 years ago, and provides support for up to five datacentre incidents per call.

Steve Pearce, UK managing director for Arrow ECS, said: “We are pleased to be able to offer our resellers this excellent telephone support service.
