e-Warehouse signs up 11 resellers

Software vendor on target to sign between 20 and 50 VARs

Software vendor e-Warehouse has signed up 11 resellers since it opened its doors to the channel in December (CRN, 18 December) and has claimed it is on track to recruit its target of between 20 and 50 VARs.

The firm has also unveiled an SME-centric pay-as-you-go model around its flagship Oxygen software, which enables smaller firms to have their own incident management strategy at a cost of £1 per incident. This entry level is called Oxygen Express and the next level is Oxygen Team, which costs customers £50 per month, per engineer.

Richard Althorp, managing director of e-Warehouse, told CRN: “Oxygen Express is great for resellers as it is a relatively easy sell. Once they’ve got their customers signed up, if they start reporting more than 50 incidents a month then they can upgrade them to Oxygen Team.”
