VAR celebrates becoming first UK partner to gain Dynamic Infrastructure accreditation in multiple technology areas

Computacenter claims to have become IBM's first UK partner to bag accreditations in more than one technology area of its Dynamic Infrastructure (DI) Speciality Programme.
The news comes just a day after rival SCC celebrated becoming the first UK firm to grab Big Blue's DI Elite partner status. Hatfield-based Computacenter has now been given the DI thumbs-up in three areas: virtualisation and consolidation; business resilience; and energy efficiency.

To do so requires a powerful level of strategic and operational planning followed by implementation and support of the very best technical solutions.

The VAR indicated that achieving the accreditations required a significant amount of training towards qualifications based around branding, system architecture and project management. Computacenter indicated that it has added a number of new offerings to its DI line-up.
