e92plus sets sights on SoHo market with Cyberoam
UTM vendor launches tailored box for micro-businesses and looks to e92plus to establish a market
Gupta: This is a revolution in the SoHo space
Unified Threat Management (UTM) vendor Cyberoam is looking to crack the Small Office Home Office (SoHo) market with the launch of its latest entry-level appliance.
The vendor has signed a distribution deal with specialist security player e92plus, which will supply the product to its reseller base.
The CR15i, which is available to the channel now, is set to be officially unveiled at Infosec later this month. The appliance is a scaled-down version of the CR25i and is aimed at firms with up to 15 users.
Mukesh Gupta, managing director of e92plus, said: “This is a revolution in the entry-level UTM security space. SME and SoHo customers have smaller budgets and IT spend, but face the same threats as any organisation.
“Cyberoam now offers a fully featured product to cater for the SME sector, offering the features normally found on much larger and more expensive boxes, but at a price which fits their budgets.”
