Three new switches from Cabletron

Cabletron has unveiled a range of Fast Ethernet products. These include three new switches: the FastNET 10 for 10Mbps, the FastNET 100 for mixed 10 and 100Mbps workgroup and backbone switching, and the ATX for high-capacity, multi-protocol LAN switching. The range also includes repeater, uplink and network interface products.

Cabletron sells directly and through partners. Last month it announced plans for an increased sales push through the indirect channel.
