Vistorm hands reins to Turner

Security integrator appoints new chief executive to drive growth and innovation strategy

Dan Turner has prioritised growth, scaling the business and innovation

Security integrator Vistorm has appointed its former chief technology officer Dan Turner as its new chief executive.

The firm, which was acquired by EDS in 2008 and subsequently HP when it acquired EDS, has seen a number of people hold the top job in recent years, including Jim Kent, Darron Antill and most recently Stuart Bladen, who was temporarily filling in the position.

Bladen will continue as chairman of the company with immediate effect.

Commenting on his new role, Turner said: "I am excited and proud to take this role for which I have three clear priorities: growth, scaling our business, and innovation.

"Having been with Vistorm for six years as one of its key business architects, most recently in the roles of COO and CTO, I believe I am well placed to deliver on these priorities."

Bladen added: “The selection panel was unanimous in Dan’s appointment and I am confident that he has the vision, leadership, and energy to take Vistorm through its next stage of growth.”
