Landis closer to summer flotation
Landis has edged closer to a summer flotation, with the appointment of a supervisory board including former C2000 Holland managing director Cees de la Haye, who has taken on the role of board chairman. No specific date has been given for the flotation.
Paul Kuiken, CEO at Landis Group, said the flotation would enable the company to expand into Scandinavia and the Northern European regions, including Italy.
He added: 'We will put finance where it is needed, but because the UK is profitable, it is not necessary to pump in money to that area.' He claimed the company was hitting up to #3 million of business a month in the UK.
However, Kuiken refused to say how much the company would expect to raise from the flotation or how many shares it would sell.
