AmeriQuest sold

C2000 is dropping its US subsidiary, AmeriQuest Technology, following completion of its acquisition by Tech Data. C2000 will sell its 54 per cent stake for $4.6 million to AmeriQuest chief executive Alex Kramer and chief financial officer Jon Jensen. The stake, which allowed C2000 to move into the US market three years ago, cost $50 million.
