The UK IT jobs market is showing signs of life again with postings up four per cent annually in the first quarter of 2010, according to CWJobs.

C# vacancies showed the biggest increase in demand with vacancies up 12 per cent on last year, CWJobs said.
The top ten was rounded out by .NET, SQL server, ASP, Java, html, PHP and Javascript.
By vertical market, the financial services sector proved a hotspot with postings up 23 per cent year on year.
Richard Nott, website director at CWJob, said: “It's encouraging to see job growth in the IT sector as the economy takes steps towards recovery. We hope these findings signal the start of re-investment in IT.”
