Midwich to match prices on projector lamps
If a reseller finds a lamp at a cheaper price with another distributor, Midwich has pledged to match it
Distributor Midwich has launched a price-match guarantee on all of its projector lamps.
Darren Lewitt, divisional director at Midwich, told CRN: “Our growth in terms of projector sales is higher than the market, but we’re not selling as many projector lamps as the other distributors that sell lamps, such as Maverick and Just Lamps.
“We’ve decided to offer a price-match guarantee for the next month, so if a reseller finds a lamp at a cheaper price with another distributor, we will match it.”
Midwich currently sells projectors from Sanyo, Sony, Epson, NEC, Panasonic and Toshiba.
“If the price-match promotion goes well over the month, we’ll extend it,” Lewitt added.
