Trustmarque drives services

Microsoft LAR aims to swell services from 12 to 25 per cent of its turnover

Haddow: customers have been asking us to do a lot more than provide software

Software licensing specialist Trustmarque is aiming to double its percentage of revenue generated from services after launching its Enterprise Solutions Group (TESG).

Last year about 12 per cent of the VAR’s £125m turnover came through services. Chief executive Scott Haddow claimed he wanted to swell that figure to 25 per cent within three years.

“Customers have been asking us to do a lot more than provide software,” he said.
Haddow added that 80 per cent of TESG sales would be upsells into the VAR’s existing base.
