Novell files stolen CD lawsuit

Novell has filed a lawsuit against two US resellers for dealing in alleged stolen CDs containing small business intranetware. The networking giant has accused Florida-based Computer Commodity of receiving and selling the CDs to MBC Enterprises in Utah, which then sold 800 packages to users.
