Calyx bags UK Avaya Gold status

Managed services specialist hopes to recreate Irish success after expanding partnership wth comms vendor

Avaya has certified Calyx as a UK Gold Partner and the two firms hope to replicate the success they have already enjoyed in Ireland.

The managed service provider has already sold more than 100 Avaya systems into the public sector and the enterprise space. The two firms claim they can provide end-to-end wraparound services, including installation, training, professional services and tailored maintenance contracts and SLAs.

Calyx claimed the product know-how it has garnered through its work in Ireland makes now the ideal time to expand the partnership. It has been awarded Gold Partner and Service Delivery Partner status in both countries and will now benefit from a wider range of Avaya products and services.
