IBM is offering a sneak peek into its channel roadmap for 2010
IBM is urging resellers to register for its Software Partner College for a sneak peak into its channel roadmap for the coming year.
At the event, scheduled to run on 23 February at its Bedfont campus, Big Blue’s new channel sales head Mark Barrett will outline the vendor’s channel objectives for 2010, sharing detailed plans for the IBM Business Partner channel with delegates.
The day will also feature sales and brand workshops on areas such as Lotus, Tivoli and WebSphere.
Paul Campion, director of business partner sales at IBM Software Group, said: “The IBM Software Partner College has been designed for our reseller, ISV, SI and consulting communities. We will discuss the IBM software portfolio and how that fits into our Smarter Planet vision.
“The event will also focus on two industry sessions – energy and utilities, and telco,” he added.
More than 170 partners have registered already for the event, which is aimed at sales managers, marketing managers and executives that are looking to learn more about IBM.
