Intrinsic has finger on the Datapulse
Integrator signs exclusive deal with application developer to supply its software to its customers
VAR Intrinsic Technology has bagged an exclusive deal with applications developer Datapulse to supply the firm’s software to its growing Nortel customer base.
Datapulse’s portfolio includes a range of voice solutions including voice recording, call centre workforce management, call management and billing software, and applications for Nortel IP phones.
Adam Jarvis, sales director, Intrinsic Technology is confident the partnership will pay dividends: “Datapulse is strongly aligned with Nortel and was the first organisation in Europe to be awarded Nortel Developer Partner status. The partnership between Intrinsic and Datapulse will ensure that our customer base has direct access to Datapulse’s product offering and expanding portfolio.
“Intrinsic will also benefit from a closer working relationship with Datapulse’s field-based consultants and service delivery teams, enabling a greater value-add and service proposition into our expanding client base. Additionally we will be involved in application development to proactively deliver solutions we anticipate the market will want,” he added.
Stuart Legg, sales director of Datapulse added: “As a channel only business, it is vital for Datapulse to work with quality business partners that specialise in Nortel Unified Communications. We are delighted to form a strategic partnership with Intrinsic, one of the UK’s fastest growing Nortel channel partners.”
