DisplayLite adds Midwich account manager

Screen integrator and vendor expands external sales team with signage and touchscreen specialist

Digital signage is an area of expansion for many channel professionals

Steve Read from Midwich has moved to displays vendor and integrator DisplayLite to be a regional account manager.

According to Huntingdon-based DisplayLite, the hire is a direct result of rising demand over the last few months.

Simon Perry, marketing manager at DisplayLite, said Read had about 15 years' experience in similar companies, with a specialism in interactive touchscreens and digital signage.

“The role is vital for us to meet an upturn in sales and also for us to source opportunities in other areas where digital signage technology is emerging,” Perry said.
