Easynet Connect eases partner billing concerns
ISP claims new CRM system will spell an end to channel disquiet
Easynet Connect claims a CRM upgrade will eliminate any issues its partners have encountered over billing
Business ISP Easynet Connect claims an upcoming CRM upgrade will eliminate any issues its partners have encountered over billing.
A number of resellers have recently voiced concerns that the firm’s back-end systems lack flexibility. This has led to disputes over how much money is owed after changes have been made to customer contract terms.
However, the ISP is set to launch a new CRM system in July that it hopes will quell any disquiet.
Debbie Roberston, sales and marketing director at Easynet Connect, said: “This is a challenge for the whole industry and one that we are determined to fix,” she said.
Robertson said the new Saleforce.com-based system, dubbed Decorum, is designed to give resellers a full view of the customer.
“It will give resellers the ability to move a lot faster,” she said.
Easynet Connect focuses on small firms with 10 to 250 heads and works with more than 300 resellers. Robertson said Decorum may be rolled out to Easynet’s enterprise division.
Russell Lux, managing director of Easynet partner Luxtech, said: “Easynet is a great company and it is about time they got on top of their billing issues.”
