WiredContact UK connects with channel

Vendor sees sales rocket 90 per cent in a year with channel's help

Web-hosted CRM service provider WiredContact UK has posted a 90 per cent increase in sales over the past year and is attributing a lot of the success to its channel network.

The firm tweaked its strategy to offer end-user firms tailored versions of its product - know as Vertical Market Applications (VMAs) to directly fit the needs of individual business sectors, which it claims have been a hit with its channel partners.

In particular the strategy has helped the vendor and its partners gain deeper penetration into the financial services, recruitment and education markets.

Paul King, managing director of WiredContact UK said: “The large majority of the WiredContact team, have a long history of working with CRM services.

"VMA channel sales are a key element of our business revenue and we plan to grow the tailored service option and continue to develop our network of channel partners to keep the revenue flowing. I feel that a door has been opened for a new era in CRM – an era where WiredContact fills the demand for CRM to be delivered as a "service" at a fraction of the cost of other traditional less innovative solutions.”
