Channel Awards 2002 - There's nothing like a 'thank you'
If you win, the whole company gets a boost
Public recognition for hard work, good service or innovation is one of the most rewarding aspects of winning a Channel Award, say many past winners.
The knock-on effect of winning is also very powerful for the whole business.
As well as opening financial opportunities, winning or even being nominated plays an important part in maintaining staff morale and company motivation.
Let's face it, there is nothing like a 'thank you' or 'well done' from your industry peers and customers. If you win, the whole company gets a boost.
Last year, one company proudly took its award to its Christmas bash to show that, while not everyone in the organisation could attend the event, the award was won by the hard work and team effort of the whole company.
To keep the awards as fresh and exciting as ever, we have changed some of the categories to reflect the changing landscape of the channel. We have also introduced some new ones after consultation with CRN Foundation.
The new Voice and Data Networking Partner of the Year category, for example, shows the growing opportunities in converged voice and data products and services. The Technology Innovator of the Year award has been tweaked to reflect increasing public sector opportunities.
Voting closes at the end of this month so, if you haven't already cast your vote, you can do so here.
