Morse deal

Morse Group has bought Derby e-commerce consultancy Hughes Rae for an initial consideration of £270,000 with a further £4 million in cash and loans on offer if performance targets are met by the end of the year.

The reseller will also assume Hughes Rae's debts of £700,000.
