Printerland opens up A3 showroom

Reseller invests in new facility

VAR Printerland is looking to increase sales of A3 printers with the opening of a dedicated demonstration facility at the end of September in Altrincham, Greater Manchester.

James Kight, managing director of Printerland, told CRN: “We want to take the A3 printer market by storm. We’ve been looking to get hands-on with customers for a while as people really do need to see these machines. They are a big purchase for an organisation and most of the time people don’t realise all the things they can do, so having a demo facility will be ideal.”

Printerland’s HQ is only 20 minutes away from the facility in Manchester.

“Being based in the north west of the country there are no showrooms or demonstration facilities from any of the vendors so we’ve had to open our own,” said Kight.

Printerland will invite all of its vendors to place machines in the
facility, which the VAR has designed to cater to the needs of both large businesses and SMEs.

Kight added: “It is vital to offer comprehensive print demonstrations whether the customer has five or 500 staff.”
