Double appointment for Abtex after MBO

Scotland's biggest reseller, Abtex Computer Systems, has made two appointments to its board following completion of a management buyout. The firm's new non-executive chairman is Freddie Craig, formerly on the board of Christian Salvesen, and the new financial director is Robert Foukes. Craig is group MD of William Wilson, an Aberdeen-based wholesale electrical, plumbing and building supplies firm, chairman of Eagle Taverns and non-executive chairman of Deep Freeze Supplies.
