Software vendor joins forces with DNS Arrow
Data protection vendor appoints DNS Arrow as first European distributor
Disaster recovery and data protection software vendor Neverfail has appointed DNS Arrow as its first European distributor after its recent acquisition of Centia.
Richard Ruddlesdon, EMEA channel director at Neverfail, said the distributor’s skills in the virtualisation space complemented its technology partnership with virtualisation vendor VMWare.
“DNS Arrow’s acquisition of Centia means it has a good reach into the virtualisation market, which interested Neverfail,” he explained.
“I personally have worked with DNS Arrow for 15 years. Since then, it has been consistent in its value-adding skills to ensure all is working properly for its reseller base,” he added. “Neverfail is already working with DNS Arrow through training and marketing.”
Johnny Ellis, business development manager at DNS Arrow, said: “DNS Arrow believed there was a gap in the market that Neverfail’s products will help to close. The agreement means that DNS Arrow’s partners can now offer seamless automated fallback products as an end-to-end, value-add service.”
James Ward, managing director of Neverfail’s other UK distributor Hammer, said: “Neverfail has great products, and Hammer can offer full support for the Neverfail product line. However, we are not surprised by Neverfail’s partnership and do not see DNS Arrow as a competitor.”
“Hammer aims at more vertical markets and we shall continue to offer our value-add service in providing Neverfail’s products,” he added.
