InTechnology reveals de-list date

Managed services specialist plans to withdraw from Alternative Investment Market (AIM) next month

Voice and data managed services provider InTechnology has revealed it is to de-list from AIM on 1 February.

The firm released a statement to the London Stock Exchange that stated its intent to de-list next month following the passing of the resolutions at a General Meeting held on 3 December 2007.

As reported by CRN last year, the firm initially announced its intention to de-list due to a ‘current lack of liquidity’ in its shares (CRN Online 30 October).

At the time, Peter Wilkinson, chief executive of InTechnology, said in a statement: “The Board believes it is in the best interests of the company and the shareholders to de-list from AIM.

“The lack of liquidity in our shares, and the fact that future share issues are unlikely have led us to conclude that greater shareholder value will be derived by operating off market.”
