SCH Distribution (SCHd) head Andy Arthur is departing the firm after a number of years with the company.

An SCH representative confirmed the general manager and director's departure to CRN today. Arthur previously worked for software vendor Sage. SCHd's biggest subsidiary is Birmingham-based Acer and HP distributor ETC, which enjoys UK revenue of more than £200m.

Lenovo and IBM distributor Interface, which has annual revenue of about £130m and was acquired by SCH last summer, is also part of the group. Bracknell hardware distributor Interchange completes the division. SCHd recently became virtualisation vendor VMware's first Accredited Training Centre in EMEA.

The SCH Group also contains pan-European integrator SCC. Group revenue for the 2008 fiscal year stood at more than £2bn.
