3Com launches OfficeConnect

3Com has announced OfficeConnect, a networking system designed for small businesses and remote corporate offices. The company is developing global distribution channels to address small scale users. OfficeConnect is a family of VCR-sized stackable components that combine to enable functions ranging from printer sharing to remote connection to other offices. 3Com has announced further additions to its range of ATM hardware and envisions taking ATM to the desktop within a couple of years.
