Former Alcatel-Lucent boss to take Juniper EMEA reins
Channelweb understands Sean Dolan is to fill the void left by EMEA boss Gert-Jan Schenk's departure
Signed and sealed: It is believed Juniper staff have been told of Dolan's appointment
The game of musical chairs in vendor-land continues, with former Alcatel-Lucent bigwig Sean Dolan set to be unveiled as Juniper’s new EMEA boss.
The senior vice president EMEA role at Juniper has been vacant since Gert-Jan Schenk left last month to join rival McAfee.
According to channel sources, Juniper informed staff this week that it has picked six-year Lucent and Alcatel-Lucent veteran Dolan as Schenk’s replacement.
Dolan was Alcatel-Lucent's president of APAC for a year until December 2009, when he was replaced by Rajeev Singh-Molares. Dolan joined Lucent in 2003, having previously worked for EDS and Ernst and Young.
Juniper was unavailable for comment as CRN went to press.
