West Midlands-based VAR to be placed in administration tomorrow, CRN understands
VAR Network SI has been declared insolvent and will be placed into administration tomorrow, Channelweb understands.
The West Midlands-based firm is a Microsoft Gold partner and boasts high-level vendor accreditations with HP and server-based computing specialist Ericom.
Insolvency practitioner RSM Tenon was recently appointed to oversee the firm's activities, and told ChannelWeb it is expected to go into administration tomorrow.
A spokesperson from RSM Tenon said: "The company is insolvent, and an administrator is due to be appointed with the expectation that parts of the business will then be sold off."
According to the firm's blog, Network SI currently employs 60 staff and 400 customers, while its corporate web site references contract wins within the education, retail and healthcare sector. It bills itself as a managed hosting specialist.
