Steljes cements Euro expansion with Cologne office

Germany becomes official headquarters of distributor in Europe

Steljes has opened a European headquarters in Cologne as a base to support existing customers and the growth of the company’s one-year-old European business.

Malcolm Stewart, EMEA business manager at Steljes, said customers would benefit from the distributor's strong reputation and relationships with manufacturers, as well as its relentless approach to sourcing the best new and emerging technology.

"We [will] provide practical training and support and ensure opportunities are regularly refreshed and highly competitive at all times," he promised.

Steljes claims to have made good progress in the firm's first year in Europe, in several markets, especially with its mainline power products.

It launched a mobile broadband offering this week in Europe at the ISE show in Amsterdam.
