Agilitas IT Solutions has promoted Michelle Would to COO, less than a year after she joined the solution provider.

The move falls within a wider leadership overhaul for the organisation, which has revamped its C-suite and executive team over the past few months.

In November 2024, the company appointed Sara Wilkes as CEO to enhance its “technology-driven growth.”

Gary Lomas joined the company as CRO that same month.

In January, Angela Whitty was hired as non-exec director after she stepped down as CEO of Ampito in September 2024.

Would steps up into her new role ten months after joining the company as director of customer experience.

She has since been responsible for leading the reseller’s customer experience strategy and launching its new “Voice of the Customer” programme, which aims to shape Agilitas’ strategy from a product, service and industry perspective.

Prior to joining the business, Would made her bones at SCC where she worked for 16 years.

Starting as a service desk team leader, she gradually climbed the corporate ladder, eventually stepping up as head of service centre operations in 2021.

As COO of Agilitas, she will be in charge of spearheading the organisation’s customer experience strategy.

She will also work with the exec team to support the wider business and boost resilience.

“Having joined the company last year, we have made significant progress when it comes to delivering value to our customers, partners and employees, whilst strengthening our position in the industry,” said the new COO.

“I’m excited to continue working alongside our talented team to deliver operational excellence, innovation and sustainable growth.”

Wilkes added: “Michelle’s extensive knowledge in operations and customer experience, as well as deep understanding of the IT landscape make her the perfect fit to drive the next phase of our growth strategy.

“Her leadership will be instrumental in optimising our operations, further enhancing our customer experience and accelerating our company values.

“We are confident that her vision and expertise will help us continue to deliver customer excellence and ensure our vision continues to come to life.”
