ConnectWise has launched a new business unit combining existing programmes, as it aims to boost the voice of its partner community.

The new structure will combine existing ConnectWise programmes like IT Nation, Service Leadership Inc, and its partner advisory councils (PACs) around a common goal.

IT Nation is a global community of MSPs, IT leaders, and solution firms who aim to use collaboration and education to bring the IT ecosystem to new levels.

The programme includes events such as IT Nation Connect and IT Nation Secure, as well as Evolve peer groups which strive to support executives in both their personal and business endeavours.

Service Leadership intends to equip IT solution providers with clear profit solutions, such as the Service Leadership Index, which claims to be a vendor-neutral financial and operational benchmark.

ConnectWise’s advisory councils can help partners by giving them feedback on different aspects of strategy and products.

Peter Kujawa, EVP of Service Leadership and IT Nation, will be reporting directly to Manny Rivelo, CEO of ConnectWise.

This fusion will aim to set up a stronger ecosystem for the vendor’s partnering firms to collaborate, exchange, connect, and contribute to the ConnectWise platform’s evolution and strategy.

"By combining Service Leadership, IT Nation, and our partner councils into a single business unit, we are formalising our commitment to the success of the IT solution provider community through industry leading events, content, and peer groups,” said Rivelo.

“Now that this org reports to me, I can also stay closer to the partner feedback loop and ensure our solutions truly meet the evolving needs of the IT industry.”

“Peter's deep understanding of the MSP landscape, both from his three years at ConnectWise leading Service Leadership and prior to that, running an MSP for 11 years, makes him the ideal leader for this effort."

Kujawa added: “We remain dedicated to creating a ‘community of communities’ that empowers MSPs and solution providers to thrive by providing valuable resources, fostering collaboration, and ensuring their voices are also heard within ConnectWise.”

The vendor simultaneously launched an updated website dedicated to its partner communities, in an effort to create a central hub for information, resources, and connection.
