Neil Langridge has announced his departure from e92plus, after spending over 17 years at the cybersecurity distributor.

Langridge shared the news in a LinkedIn post.

“After 17 years I’m leaving e92plus, where I’ve built my cybersecurity career, knowledge and channel skills,” he wrote.

“It’s been an amazing experience, helping build the company into one of the leading cybersecurity VADs in the UK, and on into Europe.

“To everyone who heard me speak, listened to the podcast, watched the videos, read the blogs, clicked on the many, many marketing emails from e92plus, thank you.

“The channel is all about a community that acts as a force multiplier, making us all better, and it’s been brilliant to have worked at the heart of that.”

Hinting at his next move, he teased it as an “incredible exciting new role” in the cybersecurity sector, though he did not disclose further details.

Langridge joined e92plus in 2008 as a marketing manager.

After more than seven years in that role, he was promoted to marketing and alliances director in 2015.

During his time as marketing leader, he reportedly expanded the company’s range of value-added services to drive growth not only for e92plus but also the firm’s vendor and reseller partners.

He has also launched initiatives such as reseller incentive schemes, a partner-focused social media marketing platform, e92social, and multi-channel content campaigns, including blogs and YouTube podcasts.

Besides marketing, Langridge was involved in other areas such as vendor recruitment, corporate strategy, and partner relationships.

Prior to joining e92plus, he worked as a marketing manager at workplace supplies company Consumables Solutions from 1999 to 2006.

He then joined Windowmaker Software, again serving as marketing manager for two years before entering the cybersecurity sector.

e92plus ranks number 25 in CRN’s Distributors You Need to Know list.
