‘MSPs are a growing and strategic part of our network’: Jitterbit CRO on new partner track
The global programme aims to answer “the growing demand for innovative, AI-infused automation, integration, and application development solutions,” says Luca Taglioretti
Cloud-based data integration platform-as-a-service provider Jitterbit has expanded its channel scheme, as well as the new Jitterbit University partner curricular, to provide firms with end-to-end automation deliveries and agentic AI solutions.
The new programme will aim to help Jitterbit partners as they provide automation, integration, low-code app development, and agentic AI capabilities to a new array of business technologists.
Luca Taglioretti, the vendor’s CRO, will be in charge of the new track, with tactical support from Jitterbit director of strategic alliances Stephen Grey.
Taglioretti tells CRN that some of the key benefits include simplified engagement models, an enhanced rebate programme, streamlined deal and lead registration, a centralised partner resource centre, dedicated support, and comprehensive training through Jitterbit University.
It also comprises financial advantages, such as “a base discount off product list price for resellers and deal-based rebates for new, unique opportunities through deal registration, as well as referral fees for referral partners.”
The Jitterbit University curricular is a partner-specific training and certifications, which beyond training courses will strive to provide teams with expertise on the Harmony platform, as well as enhanced collaboration with Jitterbit community.
“Partners can build AI agents with natural language or low-code, outsource their development to our agentic AI professional services, or source certified agents from the Jitterbit Marketplace,” explains the CRO.
“Our model is based on a co-selling premise, ensuring joint customer success; we accommodate various engagement models, including solution providers (resellers and referral partners), and will also introduce additional models to support a wide range of partner types.”
Beyond solution providers, the US-based company is also targeting MSPs, a strategic part of its partner network, according to Taglioretti.
“Our pricing model for external integrations is transparent, predictable, and tailored to benefit MSP partners.
“We offer a sliding scale pricing structure, meaning as the number of managed endpoints grows, the cost per endpoint decreases significantly.
“This gives MSPs the financial clarity and control they need to scale with confidence and serve a diverse client base effectively.”
The new scheme was shaped by feedback from Jitterbit’s existing partners and informed by market best practices, says Taglioretti.
He adds it will also address the growing demand for innovative, AI-infused automation, integration, and application development solutions.
